‘Chaos and Creation in The Back Yard’, Paul McCartney’s 20th Studio album since The Beatles, marks an end to a nearly four year break since his last studio recording, 2001’s Platinum Album ‘Driving Rain’.
This SENSATIONAL and **NOW DELETED** 2005 UK Parlophone THIRTEEN Track VINYL LP has become hard to find and was recorded in London and Los Angeles over the course of the past two years. Its release coincides with the launch of Paul McCartney’s all new 37 City US Tour, his fastest selling concert ever!
’Chaos and Creation in The Back Yard’ is a return to the basics for McCartney. The album successfully fuses his undeniable song writing talents. In fact, McCartney is credited with playing the majority of the instruments on the album, which is somewhat reminiscent of ‘McCartney’ (1970) when he was credited with playing all of the instruments. They include the drums, guitar bass, keyboards, as well as many of the less traditional instruments such as block flute, harmonium and flugelhorn.
This Simply SUPERB Heavyweight Vinyl LPis on the Custom Maroon Parlophone Label, and is protected in an IMPRESSIVE card Picture Inner Sleevedisplaying a Line drawing on the front and reverse, and is housed in a truly NOSTALGIC Glossy Black and White GATEFOLD Picture Sleeve featuring a Young Paul McCartney in the back yard strumming guitar. This image typifies normal life in Liverpool back in the 50’s and 60’s. The inside of the Gatefold Sleeve displays a line drawing of Paul on the right of the inner gatefold, together with the lyrics to each of the tracks on the left hand side of the inner gatefold. The reverse of the sleeve displays a recent image of Paul, together with the track listing and credits etc…
Also included in this SENSATIONAL Vinyl LP package are FOUR 12" X 12" Line Drawing Prints.

Now turning to the grading of this Vinyl LP Package, the complete album package, that is the record labels, vinyl disc, printed inner bag , the 4 prints, and the outer gatefold sleeve are, of course, in PERFECT **mint and unplayed** condition – As *NEW*. There is of course no damage, no creasing or defects to any part of the album package. The Poster too is in great shape, showing one vertical and three horizontal folds.
NOW DELETED, In our professional opinion ‘Chaos and Creation In the Back Yard’ displays McCartney’s unparalleled musicianship. One of his FINEST albums to date, the songs are sonically robust, and the instrumentation and orchestration first rate.
