I have many Beatles picture sleeves, 45s, and LPs for auction - please have a look!
Grades are visual

Seams: no splits, light wear
Discoloration/Fading/Yellowing: none
Writing: none
Tears: 2 very small, short in the upper opening
Stickers: none
Original factory picture sleeve - VG to VG+ (I'd grade it at VG+ but some would say only VG - look at the photos and you decide!)
Book value (per Perry Cox, 2008) is: $125 for a copy in VG condition!
All covers/picture sleeves have a non-acid insert (from Bags Unlimited) to keep the form as original; both cover/picture sleeve are enclosed in a sealed, polyethylene clear sleeve - also from Bags.
