Description
Time for this long-time Beatles collector to clean house! This is the original 1967 Capitol release of MMT. I am the original owner, and this has been in my collection in my smoke-free home for 50 years!
As a fellow collector, I try to give as full of a representation as I can with photos and descriptions. Here are the specifics for this record:
- Gatefold sleeve, entire booklet is included, although it was taped long ago when the pages started to come undone from the binding, see photos. NEMS credit on front cover. Inside front cover includes "No you're not!" said little Nicola" after the I Am The Walrus title, in regular font.
- Inner sleeve - Original plain white sleeve, 4 1/2 inch seam split at bottom.
- Record - Labels are clean, no writing, stickers, etc. NOTE : This early version of the LP has all songs credited to BMI. Later editions have ASCAP credits.The record itself is in nice shape, some small surface scratches visible when viewed under bright light. Runout groove, side A - IAM in triangle, SMAL-1-2835-A21. side B - IAM in triangle, SMAL-2-2835-A21.
