Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour - Yellow Vinyl LP
This Yellow vinyl version was pressed here by Parlophone/EMI in the UK for EXPORT purposes only.
Apparently, this album was not supposed to be available to purchase in UK record stores.
The Yellow album is on the black and silver Parlophone Label with 'EMI Records Ltd' label rim and 'Made in Great Britain' label text.
The catalogue number, PCTC 255 is stamped in the trail out groove, together with the matrix YEX 959.
The album comes in a plain white inner sleeve and is housed in a GATEFOLD Picture Sleeve, incorporating a 24 Page Colour Booklet stapled within it.
The booklet features scenes from the film Magical Mystery Tour, together with the lyrics to the songs.
I have owned this LP since 1988 and probably played it once. It has been in storage for eight years with my other LP's which have only just been liberated now my children are at an age where they won't use them as frisbee's
I am not a record dealer but I would grade the vinyl somewhere between very good and near mint.
The album cover is in good condition apart from a few scuff marks on the edges and corners. There are some slight marks on the lyrics page due to to some colour transference from the B&W picture opposite. This has not diminished the quality of the picture.
The white inner sleeve has a light tear to the hole form where the label is viewed
