Description
In their haste to get the music out to their adoring and impatient fans (pretty much describes the requisites for being a Beatlemaniac!) Capitol Records got it wrong on their first attempt. They neglected to include the publishing rights on the record labels as required. They quickly realized the error of their ways and redid the labels the way they should have. Thus, true 1st pressing Meet LPs are few in number. True 1st pressings can be identified by the lack of BMI and ASCAP on the record labels.
Here we have a nice 1st pressing of Meet with a very nice brown/tan-lettered cover. Cover is VG+++ to NM- and has a #3 on back cover; vinyl VG to VG+; disc labels NM; original royal blue inner sleeve included. The total 1st pressing package!
