Description
- Up for auction is a 3rd state monaural original Beatles Butcher Cover “Yesterday And Today” (Capitol T 2553, # 6 by the RIAA symbol on the back cover). This is not a copy or import but a genuine original US release. If you are looking at this I’m sure you are aware of the history of this famous album. This is for the cover only.
- As you can see, most of the 2nd state trunk cover has been peeled off but there are still some parts that need to be removed near the top front. In addition, there are a few places that have been peeled off to the underlying base cover. The seams show considerable wear and the spine has a split. There is some writing on the front and the back cover shows wear, aging and a tear.
- This obviously is not one of the best Butcher Covers to be offered on eBay but it could still be a decent display piece if properly framed. There is no reserve and a starting price of $99.00.
- I ship worldwide and will combine winning bids to save on postage (check out my other items!).
- In the US, the winning bidder pays choice of media mail ($3.50) or priority shipping (based on ZIP code). Airmail to Canada is $7.50. Airmail to all other locations outside the US is $14.50. Good luck!
