THE BEATLES & TONY SHERIDAN
'MY BONNIE'/'THE SAINTS'
Polydor Germany issued two different versions of this 45 on the orange & gold stars Polydor label: 24 673
1961 1st pressing copies label subtitle 'Mein Herz ist bei dir nur' and played the German introduction to 'My Bonnie'.
The 1962 2nd pressing carried the 'Twist' subtitle title on the record label and played the English introduction to the song'.
This rare 'crossover' version has 1st pressing labels but plays the ENGLISH language introduction to 'My Bonnie'.
It is housed within its original Polydor company cover.

Labels: EXCELLENT
An extremely clean & vibrant set which are unmarked & unblemished.
Visual: FAIR
Both surfaces display many light scratches consistent with frequent play. However, none are heavy or 'feelable' and both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Audio: GOOD
Happily, both songs were superbly recorded and sound much better than they look with no major deterioration to the sound quality. There is some inevitable light background on the unaccompanied introduction but no clicks, pops or any other audible faults to either side.
