'MY BONNIE'/'THE SAINTS'
This German 2nd pressing from January 1962 was re-issued to tie in with the 'Twist' dance craze.
On the orange with gold stars Polydor label: 24 673
The label subtitle beneath the 'My Bonnie' title is: 'Twist' and the introduction to 'My Bonnie' is sung in English.
Housed in its genuine, original 'Twist' picture cover.
Matrix numbers: 24 673-4 A & 24 673-2 B
'Made in Germany' is machine stamped into both run-outs.
Condition
Labels: EXCELLENT +
Clean & bright with no writing or missing paper.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both surfaces are clean & bright, bearing just some wispy paper hairlines directly beneath halogen light but other no significant or major major signs of wear.
Audio: EXCELLENT
This superbly recorded track has plays loud & clear both sides with no groovewear, clicks or any other significant signs of wear. In fact, apart from a hint of light background on the unaccompanied introductions, there is little to fault here.
Picture Cover: VERY GOOD +
A clean & flat example with just some inevitable light handling wear but no significant or major faults. There is a small piece of clear tape inside the upper edge but no writing, splits or tears to any part.
