The Beatles:
Please Please Me / Ask Me Why
1963 - 1st pressing
45-R 4983
7XCE 17217-1N and 7XCE 17218-1N
(MPT)1-GD and (MPT)1-A
This rare copy is a typical example of a 60's pop single which is playable but well used
Many surface marks/scuffs but still a good shine on the vinyl which results in little to no crackle
Side 1: Noticeable peak wear and a few light ticks/pops - nothing too bad Side 2: Played less - surprisingly good sound quality - marks do produce more ticks/pops Both sides play through with a better than expected performance from visual inspection
Some pen marks on the labels (see photos) but still in top shape
The original stripy sleeve is near perfect - has a non matching number inscribed
This is an opportunity to own a rare original copy without paying £300 - happy bidding!
Completely separate to this item I have decided to part with my copy of the rarest Beatles album - Please Please Me STEREO 1st pressing (Dick James publishing on all Lennon/McCartney tracks) in vg+/excellent condition for £4000.00 cash collect only (sorry I will not post this item even in the UK) - it is near Southampton in a security box - If you are interested please email me - john19454@hotmail.co.uk for further details - thanks - John
