1963 1st UK GOLD PARLOPHONE LABEL

MT TAX CODE

This is a superb press of the highly sought after 1st press Please Please me, This album is rare enough but in this condition it is virtually non existent, the Labels which normally have heavy wear are simply EXCELLENT, still with the original shine and deep gold/black colour as when it was printed and the vinyl is the same, this thick heavy weight vinyl is EXCELLENT/ VERY GOOD+++ with a high gloss shine with only a handful of light marks.

With extremely early mothers this album must have been hot of the press very early in 1963 and would have been amongst the first few thousand pressed making this a must for any beatles collector.

Condition -

LABELS ~ EXCELLENT (very very minor spindle wear)

VINYL ~

(1)EXCELLENT (some light marks none that effect play 1,T stamps)

(2)VERY GOOD++(much the same as side1 but with one longer mark but this is faint and in no way effects play 1,L stamps)

Most of the marks on the vinyl can only be seen when tilting the record in light,so they in no way detract from the apperance or the sound quality.

INNER EMITEX ~ EXCELLENT

SLEEVE ~ VERY GOOD (front and spine are excellent though the rear flipbacks have suffered)
