GUARANTEED ORIGINAL, COMPLETE AND HIGHLY RESPECTABLE

VERY COLLECTIBLE, ORIGINAL 1963 UK MONO 12" LP for The Beatles FIRST UK Album ‘PLEASE PLEASE ME’.

The HEAVYWEIGHT Vinyl LP is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Recording First Published 1963’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.

Official stamped trail out information is: Side 1 matrix is XEX 421-1N and Side XEX 422-1N.

Side 1 stampers: 1/O/GHP, Side 2: 4/1/GLG. The embossed ‘ZKT’ tax code is visible to the centre of the side 1 record label.

The album comes in its correct and ORIGINAL ‘Made in Great Britain’ Use ‘Emitex’ Lined Printed Bag and is housed in its ORIGINAL Laminated ERNEST J DAY ‘mono’ sleeve, printed ‘Angus McBean’ to the bottom right hand corner and with three flipbacks to the reverse.

The album plays EXTREMELY WELL throughout with NO skips or clicks.

The record labels are in VERY NICE excellent plus condition, CLEAN, UNDAMAGED record labels, with no more than a few faint spider trails around the centre hole. Both sides of the vinyl disc are in STRONG excellent condition. Surprisingly BRIGHT, CLEAN Vinyl showing just few light non sounding surface hairlines, but certainly no deep scratches or scuffs. The Original Use Emitex inner bag is an excellent example, NO writing and just a neat 4" split to the bottom seam. The Original Ernest J Day picture sleeve is in RESPECTABLE very good plus condition. The front panel is CLEAN and BRIGHT, showing mild bruising/wear to all four corners. The spine edge is FIRM. The word ‘Me’ is missing from the spine title ‘Please Please Me’ due to a small piece of laminate missing. The reverse panel of the sleeve is CLEAN, NO handwriting, with some light finger handling marks and light creasing to the flipbacks.

Overall a CLEAN, RESPECTABLE and COMPLETE example of this FIRST UK Beatles Original MONO album issued some 46 years ago!
