PLEASE PLEASE ME
This is a MONSTER RARE (ONE OF A KIND), early 4th Pressing PMC 1202 Mispress, by The Beatles from 1963. Amazingly it has two side 2 labels. The vinyl actually plays side 1 and side 2, but both sides have side 2 labels.
This is the 4th pressing with "The Parlophone Co Ltd" rim text and "RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED IN 1963" and without "Sold in UK" text. The vinyl is very heavy guage and a quality thick slab. The outer sleeve is the rarer sought after E.J. DAY flipback sleeve with the Angus McBean photo credit. The outer sleeve is in nice condition with no alien writing or stickers. There are one or two creases to the flipback laminate, one of which is split with some rippling in places (see photos). The inner sleeve is the original poly-lined USE EMITEX in very clean condition. The labels are also free from alien writing or stickers with some spindle wear and lines. The Mother stampers are very early 2nd Mother on side 1 and 4th Mother on side 2. Slave stampers are TL and LL respectively. Matrix numbers are: XEX 421-1N & XEX 422 - 1N.

VERY GOOD ++ (The laminated flipback sleeve by E.J. DAY has a smooth spine. A few minimal creases, some storage wear and scuffing to the corners. It has the Angus McBean photo credit bottom right.)
BACK
VERY GOOD ++ (A very nice clean and bright back with no alien writing or stickers. There is some faint brown age staining near the opening edge. One or two laminate creases to the flipbacks, one of which is split.)
