GEP 8931.MR1A(ii) Spizer - 2nd label version. R = NM++ overall. Jacket is VG++ to NM- (some creases) MC1A(i) Gerrod.
Low production numbers - Side 1: Mother = 2, Stamps = RT (29), Side 2: Mother = 2, Stamps = GA (13)
Tax is KT on runouts. Center knockout embossing is KT
