*** BID WITH CONFIDENCE: Having been a serious Beatles collector since the 1970s, I know from experience the importance of accurate grading of condition AND proper packaging for shipping.So I do my very best to approach each listing from the bidder/buyer’s perspective - with conservative grading, accurate and detailed descriptions, detailed photos, VERY careful packaging (see details below) and fast(free) shipping.
* On most pieces, I use visual grading only (except on request).
* Near Mint (NM) is the highest grade I use, except for sealed items.
**********************************Beautiful sealed copy of the 1982 McCartney US promo sampler EP from Tug Of War, issued on white vinyl. The shrink is fully intact, and the corners are nice and sharp. The tightness of the shrink is starting to pull on the lower right corner just a little, although I see no evidence of warping on the disc itself. Unless you plan to open it, I do recommend storing it as I have - vertically with your other LPs, pressed together tight-but-not-too-tight.
Really nice period piece from McCartney’s US Columbia years.

* CAREFUL PACKAGING: Means packing it just the way I’d want to receive it...
- Using standard LP and 45 mailers with insert pads, reinforcing the box corners with tape.
- Removing vinyl from its cover/sleeve to prevent seam splitting during transit (which DOES happen when the disc is left in the cover). I make every effort to individually protect the disc(s) and cover, as well as any inserts.
- Placing my own custom bright orange “FRAGILE” sticker on the front and back, identifying the contents (vinyl record, audio tape, etc.), cautioning USPS not to bend, crush or expose to direct sunlight - which hopefully also makes USPS less inclined to open it for inspection (to verify that it qualifies for Media Mail) and compromise the care I put into packing it carefully.
