For sale is a Paul McCartney promotional 45 RPM from 1979. Titled: ‘Getting Closer’, it features the same song on both sides: stereo b/w mono. Labels say ‘Not For Sale’. Released on Columbia Records after Paul jumped ship from Capitol, this is from his Back to the Egg LP. Vinyl is very clean with only a few light scratches stopping it from being NM-. Labels are exc. and mark-free.These promo records were only sent to radio stations for air play and to plug the song - never available for sale in stores!
