Description

Beatles - Please Please Me (1963) - Original Mono Vinyl LP Matrix XEX - 421-1N & 422-1N, forth pressing from late 63/early64

Condition – Vinyl – EX-, overall. Cleaned and fully play tested. The sound quality is superb with virtually no surface noise - I have yet to hear a better audio for this record. The vinyl itself is pretty clean with a few marks, scuff and hairlines - but these honestly do not affect play. Labels are fine with just a few marks. Awesome sound - you will not be disappointed with the audio quality.

Condition – Sleeve - VG+/EX- In amazing condition for age - really well looked after. Front laminate is glossy still with no marks. Just has a little Sellotape residue top and bottom of towards both side edges - this is quite difficult to see. A little corner damage top and bottom RHS. Back sleeve is very clean but has the sellotape residue more visible (see pic). Spine is fully intact and readable. Open edge is still sharp. A little wear to bottom edge but top is in great shape. I would say that the front cover is EX- and the back is VG+ and overall this is in really great condition.

From mycollection that I am gradually letting go!

Please note that I only post to UK. I will discount postage for multiple items boughttogether

General Record Grading:

Mint: Like new condition, nosurface marks no deterioration in sound, all sleeves/inserts should be inperfect condition

Excellent (EX): The vinyl showssome signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The outer sleeve may have slight signs of wear and /or creasing.

Very Good (VG): The vinyl has beenplayed a number of times, but there is no major deterioration in sound quality, despite slight surface marks and the occasional light scratch that may bepresent. The outer sleeve may have some noticeable, but not extensive, wear/discolouration

Good; (G) The vinyl has beenplayed often and therefore the sound quality may have noticeably deterioratedwith, perhaps, some mild scratches. The outer sleeve may suffer fromsignificant folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.

Fair: (F)The vinyl is still justplayable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surfacenoise. It may even jump. The outer sleeve and contents may besubstantially torn, stained and/or defaced.
