THE BEATLES - Please Please Me - Vinyl LP
Cover: Fair Plus (Taped on bottom edge; spine splits, 6" top edge tear; general wear; name on front and back)
Vinyl: Very Good (smoothed out scratch on Ask Me Why which causes some audible clicks - mostly noticeable in the track banding and they stop just before Please Please Me starts)
Labels: Excellent

Side 2: Love Me Do; P.S. I Love You; Baby It's You; Do You Want To Know A Secret; A Taste Of Honey; There's A Place; Twist And Shout.
1963/64 Australian vinyl LP. Very Rare Labels. Apart from the Audible Defect in playback noted above - the sound quality is great (Ex). But you can't ignore the smoothed-out scratch; and so an overall grade of VG for the vinyl is quite fair and should please the new owner.
Labels are clean. No writing, etc.
*This LP was played on a Pro-Ject Debut III Turntable prior to being listed for auction.
NB: All vinyl LPs will be posted in a thin plastic outer sleeve (with the LP outside of its cover - as per collector preferred standards) and in a brand new Record Mailer with 2 x Cardboard Stiffeners.
Postage cost for 1 - 3 vinyl LPs is always actual postage cost* + $5 (for the Record Mailer). Up to 3 x LPs will usually fit into 1 x Record Mailer.
*Australian bidders please note that the postage cost for 2 or more LPs is dependent upon the State in which you reside. Postage costs quoted in my auctions for weights over 500gms are based upon Australia Post charges to the opposite side of Australia. Naturally, multiple postage within Queensland (or nearby States) will be cheaper.

UK RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deteroration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised or Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR (F): The record is still playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
Grading can be fine tuned by adding + or -. As a rule sleeves/covers are graded first, eg. EX+ / MINT - (Cover/Record)
