Description
The Beatles - Please Please Me
(Parlophone PMC 1202 UK LP 1963)
This is an early UK mono pressing, circa 1965-67. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve, & comes with its original company inner sleeve. The record has yellow & black Parlophone labels. They have "The Gramophone Co.." & "Sold In The UK..." texts.
The matrix numbers are XEX 421-1N & XEX 422-2N. The mother stampers are RLD 1 1 6 & RA 5.
Sleeve: There is a very small name written on the rear, & some mild rubbing wear. VG+ condition.
Vinyl: Mild sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light, and some very occasional light marks. VG condition. There is a tiny sticker tear on Side 1's label. Otherwise the labels show moderate spindle wear. I have play tested this LP completely. It plays very well with only light crackle in the quietest places.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £40. Overseas buyers will add £5.25 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
