Description
The Beatles First Pressing of Please Please Me as released on 22nd March 1963 with Dick James Credits which were later corrected to Northern Songs , MT Purchase Tax Code to Side 2 ,
Matrix Nos are XEX 421-1N XEX 422-1N Mothers 1GR and 1GD ,
First print sleeve with Angus McBean Credit after the S of Songs ,
Labels nice and clear the Vinyl on Side 1 is VGC- there is small skip right at start of I Saw Her Standing There ,
Side 2 visually looks poor as there are obvious marks from harsh cleaning but when I played audio was VGC with the odd crackle these early pressings on thick vinyl really do take the scratches well , the inner bag has split down side and stains only good ,
Cover is VGC small portion of fold over missing in 2 places to top both corner ends ,
Spine in good shape ,
The LP as I say plays all the way through with just that one skip at the start of first track I Saw Her Standing There ,
R Jones original owners name is written in biro to back of sleeve ,
