Description

I have inherited a quite substantial Beatles record collection, and some records seem to have been prior assessed.
The note must be at least 10 years old, and says: "Beatles Please Please Me Black / Gold label (1963 mono) Mega rare first pressing complete with correct inner sleeve. Cat £500 ZT Gov't tax code @ centre hole, dates album between 10th April and 26th November 1962)."
I have played the record
-The record skips, but realigns itself, this may be fixable if cleaned professionally. Unfortunately, i do not have the provisions to do so. The surface scratches appear very light -Otherwise, the sound is fantastic, very little noise. -There is no outer sleeve, but understand the inner sleeve is original
Any questions, please do ask (although I am no expert)
Can provide videos of the skips on request.
Grab a bargain, will start auction at a penny with no reserve. Thanks for looking, Ria

Hi all - I have received the following from a very helpful eBayer (Thank you, Alex) just so you know, the label info is not quite correct. This is a 2nd pressing, rushed out shortly after the 1st one had an error with the first two songs with the publishing credit 'Dick James Music'. You need 4 x Dick James credits for a true 1st pressing. This is the 2nd pressing of the famous early Black and Gold releases, still rare and still valuable! Hope this helps. Alex
