Description: This is Apple edition copy ( released in the mid 1970's ) of Japanese album "With the Beatles" ( originally issued to commemorate their 1966 Japan tour ). Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead 8 page colorful flaps are attached inside gate-fold cover to show "Japanese description", "English & Japanese lyrics" & "Colorful photos of their stage". It’s hard to find this copy in complete shape even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.

Condition: G/VG+ ( Cover/Disc )
COVER: Cover is creased in lower portion of back and around rims of back, while being partly worn around outer-edges. There’re minor spots in places on the surface of front & back, with ring-wear on that of back. The flaps are creased on its surface of each side, with its rims stained. It has otherwise no tear, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has a few slight to several scuffs on each side, with a hairline on Side B-1~7. There’re several spindle-marks with spots on each label. It has otherwise none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "VG+". Though there’re scuffs & scratches on each “inner-groove”, they don’t affect the sound.
OBI: G+, being creased on the surface of each side, with a folding crease in the middle. It’s torn partially on the bottom-edge & corners.
INSERT: Insert is not originally issued for this item. Instead flaps are attached inside gate-fold cover.
INNER-BAG: VG, being creased with light ring-crease on its surface of each side.
