'PLEASE, PLEASE ME'
1963 UK **STEREO** 4th PRESSING LP
This rare 1963 stereo fourth pressing is on the UK yellow & black Parlophone label PCS 3042
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but carry 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side one label.
Housed in a front laminated, flipback 'Ernest J. Day' cover.
Complete with original poly-lined 'Use Emitex' inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 94-1 & YEX 95-1
Stamper numbers: 1/GA & 1/H
CONDITION
Disc Labels: EXCELLENT Visual & Audio: VERY GOOD PLUSVery thick, heavy vinyl with clean high gloss surfaces displaying some just a few surface marks but nothing deep or 'feelable'.
The sound is bright and clear with absolutely no trace of groovewear/loud passage distortion in either channel.
There really is little to fault audibly apart from a few soft 'ticks' between some tracks.
There is no crackle, loud clicks/pops, jumps or repeats anywhere.
100% flat on the turntable with no dishing or warping.
The cover is intact and strong displaying moderate storage and handling wear.
The front panel is clean with light creases to the laminate and minor wear to the corners and opening edge but no tears.
The rear panel is white with some small areas of discolourationjust a small pen 'tick' beside the 'Twist and Shout' listing.
The delicate flipbacks show slight wear but are intact. All the seams and spine are strong and unsplit.
