Description
Okay here goes, a collection of original Beatles LP’s, most of them mono. They have all been loved and played so are not perfect. I have researched as much as I can and listed all the information I have, if you want to know more please email. There are no returns on these items so if you think you have spotted something I’ve missed, you can confidentially ask for clarification.
The Beatles - Please Please Me Mono
PMC 1202
This one is sold primarily for 'Display purposes,' she does play with skips on 1 track. Otherwise the sound quality is 'good' so it is offered in case you wish to add some original 1963 'soul' to your Beatles collection.
3rd pressing, 1st with the new style labels used from then on
This has the standard yellow block writing Parlophone label
with "All rights … “ starts with "The Parlophone Co. Ltd."
NO "Sold in the U.K..." statement
NO "Recording first published ..." under matrix number
STILL has tiny 33 1/3 after matrix number
From my research these labels only used in Summer 1963
