Description
The Beatles - Please Please Me
(Parlophone PMC 1202 UK LP 1963)
This is a UK original 1981 Mono LP pressing. It has a matt sleeve which has no barcode on the rear. It comes with its original company EMI paper inner sleeve. This is in EX condition. It is also date stamped 9/81, ie., Sept 1981.
The record has "yellow & black" Parlophone labels & 1st press -3/ -2 matrix stampers. These were issued in the UK in 1981 to satsfy the demand for the original Mono mix. They had only been available in Stereo in the 1970's. They are quite scarce.
Sleeve: Some mild wear only. NEAR EX condition.
Vinyl: There are some light to very mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light, and some very minor pressing marks . NEAR EX condition. The labels are very nice and clean & show very mild spindle wear. Plays Excellently overall.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
