Big Beatles Non-Capitol Lot, with 5 Company Sleeves + 9 Singles, incl. Sie Liebt Dich!

The Beatles released a lot of great music on labels other than the familiar yellow & orange American Capitol swirls.

Add to your collection now with this super package, including five RARE company sleeves and nine singles from Swan, Tollie, MGM, Atco, Apple and Vee Jay.  

Here’s what you get:

She Loves You / I’ll Get You (Swan 4142).

A near mint-sounding single with “Don’t Drop Out,” thin print and no quotes. Of course, it carries the “Mastering Reco-Art Phila.” and S-4152 I/S stampings, but this issue also has the much-rarer, hand-written "Virtue Studio" on the dead wax. There are names on both sides, but against black labels they're practically invisible. 

Sie Liebt Dich / I’ll Get You (Swan S-4182)

Recorded in Paris in January 1964, it still plays great. The A-side title and translation are in quotes on one line. Has "Don't Drop Out" and the “Virtue Studio” etching. Some fairly minor ringwear is its only flaw.

Twist and Shout / There’s a Place (Tollie 9001)

This is the RAREST TOLLIE LABEL VARIATION, with all-purple print, all uppercase lettering and thick, open box. It's held up quite well, with some age-appropriate, relatively minor vinyl and label wear.  

Love Me Do / P.S. I Love You (Tollie 9008)

Released in the U.S. on April 27, 1964. This one sounds fine and looks even finer. 

My Bonnie / The Saints (MGM K13213)

This is an East Coast First Pressing, with the publisher listed as P.D. (public domain). Later pressings changed the credit. And what a fabulous copy, certainly played very little. An address sticker on the B side is the only thing keeping this from Near Mint status.

Ain’t She Sweet / Nobody’s Child (Atco 45-6308)

This is the single’s 2nd pressing, which corrected errors in the Side B songwriting and publishing credits. The A side has initials and a very small number sticker. But the sound is as clean as they come!

Please Please Me / From Me to You (VJ 581)

You'll enjoy truly amazing sound on this VJ variation with black gloss label, rainbow band and brackets logo. Yes, there's ringwear on both sides, but no owner marks of any kind. 

Do You Want to Know a Secret / Thank You Girl  (VJ 587)

A very striking disc, indeed, with all-black label, oval logo and thick print. We found no issues with the audio, with George on his first 45 lead vocal.

Let It Be / You Know My Name (Look Up My Number) Apple 2764

They never changed the B-side title, although it was supposed to be (Look Up THE Number). There's only the slightest label wear, and virtually no wear at all to the vinyl.

THE SLEEVES

All five are in generally fine shape considering age, with minor tears and creases. "Secret" has a more pronounced corner tear. They will be nice additions to your collection.
