The Beatles ‘REVOLVER’ album - considered one of most ICONIC and COLLECTIBLE Albums of the 20th Century - was released by Parlophone UK in 1966. EXTREMELY SOUGHT AFTER by Collectors around the World today, we are pleased to offer this VERY NICELY PRESERVED example.

Album Description/Condition:

This very nice ORIGINAL 1966 UK Parlophone HEAVYWEIGHT 12” MONO Vinyl LP is on the traditional Black and Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Sold in UK…..’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.

Both record labels are in IMPRESSIVE Excellent Plus condition. A VERY NICE set of UNDAMAGED record labels, with no discolouration or fading to any of the printed text, and nothing more than just a couple of light centre spindle liness.

Side 1 matrix: XEX 605-2 and Side 2 XEX 606-2.
Side 1 stampers: 6 RGT and Side 2: 7 GTD.
The embossed ‘KT’ tax/price code visible to the centre of the side 1 record label.

BOTH sides of the HEAVYWEIGHT vinyl surfaces are in very nice Excellent Plus condition, very clean glossy vinyl to both sides, showing a few light surface hairlines to either side, there are NO deep scratches or scuffs visible.

Audio Quality:

ALL tracks play well with a POWERFUL Mono sound quality, very quiet between and during the tracks NO clicks, NO skips, just the occasional mild background crackle.

The album comes in its ORIGINAL printed EMI ‘Made in Great Britain’ advertising Inner Bag, which is in Excellent condition, NO seam splits, and just some age discolouration.

…And is housed in it’s ORIGINAL, Front LAMINATED, FIRST ISSUE Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending sleeve, which is in very nice condition, printed ‘mono’ to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve, and with three UNDAMAGED flip backs to the reverse.

The front of this IMPRESSIVE Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in SUPERB Excellent Plus condition. The Laminated front panel is WHITE and FIRM & ultra glossy - still retains it DEEP GLOSS SHINE, with a couple of laminate pinches. The reverse panel of the sleeve is in undamaged condition, showing a clean black, back panel, all three flipbacks are UNDAMAGED, with just a little age yellowing The spine edge is UNDAMAGED and clearly printed ‘Revolver-The Beatles’.

A really nice clean example of this ICONIC Beatles UK ORIGINAL Mono LP, Beatles albums in this nice condition are difficult to find, most are played to death, and have very tatty sleeves, this example is extremely nice and will not disappoint.
