SCARCE BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE LABEL, LATE PRESSING IN **MONO** ON THE BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE LABEL, RARE LATE MONO GREAT EXAMPLE

This album was issued in 1969 as a SMALL BATCH only with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, encircled ‘P’ date 1965, **NO SOLD IN UK LABEL TEXT** and ‘Made in Gt Britain’on both record labels. (Please note that the Vinyl weight is the same HEAVY QUALITY to that of the earlier 1965 release.

Both record labels are in IMMACULATE near mint condition showing only a few light centre spider trails.

Both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in STUNNING near mint condition – GLISTENING Vinyl surfaces – with only a couple of very light surface hairlines.

Side 1 Matrix is: XEX 579-5 and side 2: XEX 580-5.
Side 1 stampers: 1 RL and Side 2: 3 HA.

The album plays SUPERBLY through ALL the tracks.

The Vinyl LP comes in an EMI advertising record bag which is in UNDAMAGED excellent plus condition, NO seam splits or tearing.

….And is housed in its ORIGINAL, LAMINATED, GARROD and LOFTHOUSE Picture Sleeve with THREE flip backs to the reverse, with the same artwork and style as the original 1965 release.

The Original Garrod & Lofthouse Laminated flipback Sleeve is in IMPRESSIVE excellent plus condition, a BRIGHT, FIRM, CLEAN sleeve, showing some mild record indentation, The reverse panel of the sleeve is clean, bright and undamaged, showing only light age toning to the gate edge, the spine edge wording Rubber Soul – The Beatles, is clearly legible.

A VERY NICE example of this BRIEFLY ISSUED 1969 **MONO** EMI/PARLOPHONE UK Release. Any of these late **MONO** variants are HARD TO FIND.!
