Description

Ultra Rare James Taylor with Paul McCartney on bass Unplayed Stock 45 Carolina On My Mind & Taking It In.  Cancelled version. Side A:  Carolina On My Mind (ERROR corrected to Carolina In My Mind in later pressings, plus many other errors-read description) Side B: Taking It In (Changed to Something's Wrong in later pressings). This is an Original and super rare Apple Records 45 by James Taylor with Paul McCartney on bass. This record was issued briefly and cancelled. First: the title has a gramatical error, "on" instead of "in". Second: the B side title was changed in the later version from "Takin It In" to "Something's Wrong". Third: The song has the wrong publishing credit "Apple Music" instead of "Blackwood Music". Fourth: the record's timing is 3:36,  this was changed in later pressing to 3:04. The condition of this 45 is Mint on the vinyl and NM on labels (a little storage wear see photo). This is probably one of the rarest Apple records issued, especially in unplayed stock condition.  This is a very desirable item for Beatles collectors and definately a jewel to any serious Apple collection. This 45 is in unplayed glossy vinyl , No writing of stickers on labels!!! A beauty, you will not be disappointed!
