White label with black/gray print. With the red/pink 45 adapter still in the middle(as it was issued!) A-side with Beatles medley / B-side is The Residents. Extremly rare and hard to find!

I try to ship all items via Priority Mail, First Class Mail or UPS as this insures that you receive the items in a timely matter! Any items that are requested to be sent vial media mail I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items (The USPS reserves the right to open and inspect every piece that is sent via media mail! Who knows if they will repack the item the same way!!)
