Description
Original Capitol Records 1st pressing mono copy of "Revolver". Released on 6 Aug. 1966. This is Spizer version APP 2576.MR1A. Many people prefer the mono version of this LP over the stereo version. Record MR1A and cover MC1A. Scranton, PA plant ppressing.
1st US mono pressings of Revolver have the non-Harrison songs accredited to "Lennon-McCartney" without their first names. 2nd and later pressings added their 1st names.
Record - Very Good Plus (VG+) - a few minor scuffs and hairlines but still very shiny (almost like new) and plays cleanly. Comes with the original orange Capitol dust jacket.
Cover - Very Good (VG) - most of the original shrink is intact except for the upper left corner. Some minor wear to the spine in this same area likely due to the missing shrink. Minor staining. No ringwear.
