THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'
This superb 1966 UK 2nd MONO pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 7009
Both labels have the 'Sold in UK...' text and have 'The Gramophone Co...' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
The side 2 label has the earliest 'Dr. Robert' spelling.
Matrix numbers: XEX 605-2 & XEX 606-2
Stamper codes: 4/GOA & 5/GRM
Vinyl weight: 166g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Ernest J. Day' printed mono cover.
Complete with original plain white 'Patents Applied For' inner-sleeve.

Visual: EXCELLENT +
Audio: NEAR MINT
This barely played disc retains pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces where the only blemish is a single light scuff on side 2, which does not affect sound or play at all. Even close examination beneath halogen light reveals little more than a sparkling rainbow shine. The audio is clean, clear & unworn with no distractions from its amazing sound quality. Even the delicate 'Eleanor Rigby' and 'Here, There & Everwhwere' play without any background or break up.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
Clean, white & strong with no yellowing or damage to the front panel - not even a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle. All corners are sharp and unworn as are both opening edges. There rear panel shows no signs of storage with the only irregularity being some shading to the last 3 white letters of 'REVOLVER'. All flipbacks are intact and both seams and the spine are in perfect condition.
