THE BEATLES - 'ROCK 'N' ROLL MUSIC'
UK 1976 1st PRESSING DOUBLE LP
This superb early copy is the 2-EMI-box Parlophone label: PCS 7191 & PCS 7192Housed in a fully laminated, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed gatefold cover.
Complete with its original printed EMI inner-sleeves.
Matrix numbers: YEX 955-1, YEX 966-1 & YEX 957-1 & YEX 958-2
Stamper codes: 1/T, 1/H & 3/RP, 1/H
CONDITION
Disc
All Labels: MINT
'As new' with no spindle mark to any centre hole.
N.B: I have show just one label from each disc. The others are available on request.
Visual: Disc 1: NEAR MINT Disc 2: EXCELLENT
All surfaces are perfectly clean & glossy with just a few light marks on disc 2 but disc 1 is immaculate with just a few insignificant wispy paper hairlines directly beneath halogen light.
Play: NEAR MINT
Both discs are possibly UNPLAYED and my careful playcheck at volume uncovered no traces of audible wear whatsoever.
Cover
EXCELLENT
An extremely clean & glossy example which displays just slight handling & storagwear but no signficant or major faults inside or out.
All corners, seams & the spine are all fully intact and completely undamaged.
Inner-sleeves
EXCELLENT
Minor storagewear to both but no splits, tears or writing.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp based on UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
