Description

Here is the rare first UK pressing of 'Rubber Soul' Parlophone PMC 1267 by the Beatles pressed on December 3, 1965.  Referred to as the "loud cut" pressing.  Recalled after just two days of pressing because EMI believed the mix was too loud so changed the mixing.  This record has the "loud cut" matrix being side 1: XEX 579-1 and side 2: XEX 580-1.  Also, the labels are in Sans-serif type which is the earliest instead of the later New York Times Roman.  The key or variation A is that the asterisk is spaced away from the song titles.  This record has that plus the "EMEX" on the inner sleeve.
Since I'm no record expert, based on the photos, you can judge the condition.  I would say the cover is VERY GOOD + as is the original inner sleeve.  The record is better being EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT!  Satisfaction is guaranteed!!
