READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.

Beatles SEALED 1973 LP APPLE First Pressing 1967-1970 with APPLE Song Listing Sticker

NOTE:  Sealed albums cannot be returned if opened!  That’s fair, isn’t it?

Vinyl--- NM Sealed.

Plates--- NM Sealed.

Cover--- NM Sealed.  Original price was written in purple Magic Marker, 4.99.  Not as clean a seal as the Red album, but still 95%.  Shrinkwrap has long scuffs that took the force of the blow to protect the cover. 

Tight shrinkwrap on the cover.  There is a two-inch long area of missing shrink by Ringo’s shoulder.  See photo.  There are three very minor splits at the mouth, the longest one is only about half an inch.  The other two are a few millimeters each.  See photo.  All four corners are sharp, although they all have only SLIGHT dirtwear and push-ins.

Top back cover has the original 1973 Apple logo.  As we all know, later issues were reprinted with the Capitol logos respective to their eras.  Bottom back cover has the Apple Records disclaimers printed, rather than the later Capitol disclaimers.

Labels--- NM Sealed. 

Breathe Holes--- There is a Capitol-style breathe hole right on John’s head.  Another is due north of Ringo, just above the written price.  See photo.

Song Sticker--- Beautiful and intact, with the Apple logo printed at the top.  As we all know, later issues were reprinted with the Capitol logos respective to their eras.  This sticker retains full gloss, NO WEAR.  Slight dirtwear, nothing even close to what should be there after 50 years.

Apple Inner Sleeves--- NM Sealed.

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!)
