Description

On offer a nice condition American reel to reel tape of the Beatles 'Second Album', made by Ampex. Judging by the Capitol logo I'd guess this stereo tape was made either in the late 60s or early 70s. The tape itself is still in its cellophane bag and both reel, label and tape are in pretty perfect, virtually unused condition. The lid of the box is in nice shape, no split corners though its a shade dirty, and there is a small strip of sellotape on one lid edge (though this doesn't mask any split).
The back of the box has 3 areas of cellotape, one of these is above one worn area. One strip of tape has caused a small tear in an area of print, and there are a few patches of dirt on the back. Also the side one song titles have been underlined in pencil, though erased well they still show.
I'm making this item sound far worse than it looks really! All in all a highly presentable piece of USA Beatle memorabilia.
