Visual and Play of the LP

This LP has been not only visually rated, but also each track has been played and listened to all the way through on a quality deck with a new stylus. Side 1 - visually graded EX possibly EX+ there are a few marks on the outer edge of the run-in groove but on the playing area there are no scratches and only one very light scuff.  No noticeable rubbing even in strong light. Play grading was EX+ on the whole side I found no flaws, no ticks, no hops or jumps, no sticks, no background noise.  I could find just one very quiet click near the start of "leaving home".  Side 2 - visually EX  a few marks on the outer edge of the run-in groove, not detectable on the sound track, no scratches and a few very faint rubs that could only be seen in bright light at the right angle.  Play graded Near-Mint- superb sound, even better than side 1. No flaws.
