Have a listen to one of the tracks from this album:

This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

VG. She does have just light marks to her- but nothing at all to make her jump or skip. There is one long scuff mark to side 2, but after playing the album ALL THE WAY THROUGH, I found...Just a few light pops throughout, so she would benefit from a gentle professional clean, which would undoubtidly bump up the grading and sound reproduction.

I have included a sound clip from the side 2, with the long scuff...so you can see it barely has any effect on the sound reproduction :)

The STEREO reproduction still sounds ground breaking!
FLAT AS THE DAY SHE WAS BORN

Labels: EX. Again, lovely and clean!
With only a handful of light spindle marks!
DISPLAY PIECE
"The Gramophone Co. Ltd..." rim text
NO "Sold in the UK" central statement.
FRAME HER

Inner Sleeve: It is the ORIGINAL EMI advertising inner, for this 3rd pressing Stereo. Also has adverts for other Beatles lp's: Revolver and Oldies. She does carry splits to each side. But is still a collectors piece in it's own right.

Cut-Outs: Mint, just perfect...Deep green colour. Nothing else needs to be said!

Cover: VG+. The front cover is still lovely and bright, as is the back cover and the inner picture..bright, Bright, BRIGHT!
Only a couple very light spidering areas to the front and to the back.
Solid corners.
Excellent strong spine.
"PRINTED AND MADE BY GARROD & LOFTHOUSE Ltd"
CORRECT cover, with "Stereo" to the back top right corner.
ORIGINAL 1st print flipbacks present.
Still opens with the crackle as if for the first day :)
The unusual thing I spotted on this copy is the fact the inside laminate has not quite reached the top inner flipbacks...just thought I would point it out as I have never seen this before...

I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence and feel free to ask me any questions before bidding.

ALL IN ALL THIS IS A WELL LOOKED AFTER COPY OF A GROUND BREAKING ALBUM-IN GLORIOUS STEREO-SHE WOULD SIT PROUD IN ANYONES COLLECTION AND EVEN UPGRADE FURTHER WITH A GENTLE CLEAN.
