This is IMPRESSIVE – Featured here is an Official **1st APPLE Issue** Japanese STEREO Black Vinyl LP for the Beatles album ‘Sgt Pepper’.

The album, protected in a Soft Shaped Polythene Bag is inserted into its original Black Inner Bag and housed in a Gatefold Sgt Pepper sleeve which comes complete with its Original Green ‘Beatles Forever’ OBI Wrap. Also included in this very interesting package is an official 7"x 5" Song List FLYER - this is RARE to find even in Japan! This song list Flyer shows the track listing to the Sgt Pepper album in both Japanese and English, together with the catalogue number AP 8163 to the top. The lyrics to the songs on the album are also listed on the reverse of the sleeve.

Now turning to the grading of this rarity, both sides of the record labels and both sides of the Vinyl Disc are in SUPERB **mint** condition, GLEAMING Vinyl and bright, unworn records labels – Looks New – GORGEOUS, and could not disappoint any collector. The heavy duty card Sgt Pepper sleeve is very RESPECTABLE and graded excellent plus - the sleeve is clean and bright, showing only minimum wear to the top edge and light bruising to the corners. The OBI Wrap is also in IMMACULATE **mint** condition, with no splits or tears to any of the edges. The FLYER too is in extremely nice condition, showing just a couple of light creases.

EXTREMELY SCARCE to find this collectable 1st Apple Issue album complete with its OBI Wrap and Official Song List FLYER! – adds a little bit extra to the collectability of this album!
