Description

Beatles, Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, on Capitol MAS 2653.  Original issue mono copy is in superb condition.  Side 1 is strong VG+, not far off M-, has a few very light marks and what looks like a fingernail scuff--just on the surface, not feelable--on She's Leaving Home.  Side 2 is M-.  Both sides full gloss, obviously have seen very little play, clean labels.  Original inner sleeve is excellent, as is the cutout card, which has some minor creases at the corners.  Cover shows only the slightest bits of wear here and there, extremely clean and tight with no writing, splits, tears, or other problems.  A terrific mono copy, hard to find in this condition.

GRADING
M-  A flawless or nearly flawless record that appears to have seen little or no play.
VG+  Full gloss, a few light marks.  A very, very attractive record that has seen limited play and has been well cared for.
VG   More marks and scratches, but still a nice record.  Scratches may be fairly numerous, but will be light.
VG-  Lots of marks and scratches but no gouges or major problems.  Not a beautiful record, but still serviceable, not junk.
G+ and G  Heavy wear and marks, plays through okay.
