THE BEATLES - 'SGT PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND'
1967 UK 1st *MONO* PRESSING* LP
This NEAR MINT & 100% complete UK 1st MONO pressing from 1967 is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 7027
Both include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible around the side 2 centre hole.
Housed in a rare and early fully laminated, inner-flipback mono gatefold cover with a regular width spine.
Complete with its red and white designer inner-sleeve and unused cut-out sheet.

Stamper codes: 2/GAD & 2/GRH
CONDITION
Sleeve (EX++): An extremely respectable example which displays a vibrant, unfaded high-gloss front and rear panel which bears only minor lifting to the laminate near one corner and around spine. There is also some minor ringwear visible to rear. The inside of the gatefold is immaculate and with no missing paper to the flipback edges. all seams are smooth, unstressed, unsplit and clean, uncrushed and fully laminated.
Record (Near Mint): Both playing surfaces of this immaculate copy are pristine & 'as new' when viewed in strong daylight with not a surface mark, let alone a scratch in sight. Close and careful inspection beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than a sparkling rainbow gloss and some barely visible, insignificant wispy paper hairlines. Both sides of this amazing copy lie 100% flat when playing on the turntable.
Inner (EX++): A clean and flat example with a light disc impression from storage & slight toning to the white area, but no writing, splits or tears.
Cut-out (Mint): Perfect.
