Description
Here is another MINT STILL SEALED BEATLES or BEATLES-RELATED LP from my collection. Please check my other auctions for others.
In this auction:
· “SGT. PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND” Picture Disc by The Beatles
· This is Capitol Records SEAX-11840, a LIMITED EDITION PICTURE DISC EDITION. A silver and black sticker at the top right corner confirms that this picture disc is a “Limited Edition”.
· This LP was released by Capitol Records in August, 1978.
· The disc was issued in a die-cut cover.
· This PICTURE DISC is in MINT/STILL SEALED CONDITION. It is in its ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP. The corners are nice and sharp. The inner plastic cover over the picture disc itself has a tear in it just above the drum face that must have occurred at the time of production, because the original shrink wrap, with the “Limited Edition” sticker on it at the top right corner, is completely intact. This confirms that since its production, the picture disc and its plastic cover have never been removed from the shrink wrap. There is a very small 1 ½-inch split in the shrink wrap on the right side of the cover.
· It’s a GREAT-LOOKING PICTURE DISC of the Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s ICONIC LP COVER and is a definitely a “must have” for all Beatles collectors.
Personally, I believe this is definitely one of the most beautiful picture discs ever produced!! Why not make it a part of YOUR vinyl collection??
