THE BEATLES - 'SGT. PEPPER'S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND'
This pristine UK STEREO pressing dates from mid/late-1968 and is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 7027

Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text with a rarely seen 'K J T' purchase tax code in the centre of the side 1 label.

Matrix numbers: YEX 637-1 & YEX 638-1

Stamper codes: 3/GAP & 2/GAM

Vinyl weight: 146g

Housed within a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed gatefold stereo cover with inner-flipovers.

Complete with original unused cut-out sheet & red/white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

An immaculate set with just a single faint mark around each unworn centre hole, and even a tiny sliver of the silver centre hole marker still present around the side 2 centre hole

Visual: EXCELLENT +

Pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces which are unmarked in strong daylight and bear just some harmless wispy paper marks consistent with inner-sleeve removal & a sparkling rainbow shine beneath halogen light.

Sound Quality: MINT

Played once of twice at most on high-end equipment, this disc sounds flawless and wonderful throughout.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

This 1st-class retains a sparkling, vibrant front panel which shines 'as new' with no evidence or any storage rubbing or 'thumbnail' wrinkles. There are small shelfwear bruises to the lower two corners but opening edges are razor-sharp & totally unworn.

Both panels inside the gatefold are immaculate shine the same as the day this cover way purchased.

The rear panel is just as glossy as the front but bears just two 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards the opening edge.

All seams of both pockets are smooth, unstressed & unsplit and the spine retains an unsplit, unworn laminated along its entire length.
