I am not a record collector. I am selling these for an estate. I will try my best to describe. If I grade something as mint-, it may very well be mint. I would like my bidders to be pleasantly surprised that the condition is nicer than expected. Sleeve is VG+ with wear on top left corner and 3 inch split at top right corner. Vinyl is VG with paper scuffs . Nothing major. I ship in professional heavy weight cardboard mailers. Sorry, I will not ship to Mexico, Spain or Italy due to high theft rates.
