Great find, from the collection of New York Record executive.

Beatles Picture Sleeve and Contract pressing of Ticket To Ride. 45 in NM+ condition, super glossy vinyl, very well cared for record. Picture sleeve in NM- condition, no seam tears! See close-up photos of the record and the "R" (Rockaway, New Jersey) stamping on the deadwax. Test played the record and the sound is ultra clean, super glossy vinyl. Clean Capitol Co. also sleeve included.

About contract pressings: When Capitol could not meet the demand for copies of this record, they turned to their competition for help in pressing more. They contracted RCA for this pressing, which shows an "R" in the deadwax area instead of the Capitol markings.
