Album Description/Condition:
1963 MONO LP, for THE BEATLES second UK album, on the BLACK and YELLOW Parlophone label. Both record labels have the ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Made in Gt Britain’ & recording first published 1963 label text.
Both record label are in undamaged Excellent Plus condition. CLEAN labels - NO fading to the silver printed text, showing only a few centre spider trails .
The side 1 matrix is: XEX 447-7N and side 2: XEX 448-7N.
Side 1 stampers: 10 GTA and side 2: 14 RGM
There is an embossed KT tax code visible on the side 2 record label.
Both sides of the HEAVY Vinyl Disc are in Excellent plus condition, both sides of the vinyl still retain their deep gloss finish, showing only a few light NON sounding surface hairlines, NO deep scratches or scuffs visible.
Audio Quality:
The LP plays superbly well throughout all of the tracks, a very strong and powerful mono sound quality on this album.
The LP comes in it’s original lined Inner bag which is in EXCELLENT condition, NO seam splits or handwriting, just some age toning, and creasing.
…And is protected in it’s ORIGINAL Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd, Patents PendingThree Flip Back Sleeve, with large 'MONO’ printed to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve.
The sleeve is in very nice Excellent Minus condition, a strong firm very clean and ULTRA GLOSSY front panel, showing nothing more than mild record indentation to the front, and a small corner crease at the bottom right corner, and mild age toning and handling marks to the reverse panel.
An extremely fine condition original 1963 UK Beatles album now nearly 49 years old.
