 THE BEATLES - 'WE CAN WORK IT OUT'/'DAY TRIPPER'


This UK 1st pressing dates from initial December 1965 release on the Parlophone label: R 5389

Both labels have the correct 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd...' 1st pressing rim texts.

A 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the 'Day Tripper' label.


Matrices: 7XCE 18341-1,4 (both numbers cleary visible) & 7XCE 18342-1

Stamper codes: 5/MD, 3/GL


The disc is housed within its original green/white Parlophone company sleeve.

Also with its original shop paper bag from 'Rainbow Records' in Yiewsley, Middlesex.

Visual: EXCELLENT

Audio: EXCELLENT +

  Clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which bear two light fingernail scuffs on the 'Day Tripper' side, but no other significant marks on either side. Both tracks play cleanly and clearly without audible distractions or wear.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

Clean & fully intact with very light storagewear only.
