Description
The Beatles The White Album, Apple PMC 7067/7068, MONO, 1st PRESSING 1968. COMPLETE. EX+/EX+ 1111 Matrix Numbers.
Fully laminated white gatefold cover has flaps on the left and right sides of the open gatefold with opening at the TOP.

The front of the cover has “The BEATLES” embossed in raised block letters. The stamped 0024661 number appears in grey on a slight downward angle towards the lower right corner. (Later copies will have a more contrasting numbers.)
Complete with the original four 28.8×20 cm. glossy John Kelly colour portraits of the band and the large Hamilton collage poster, with the lyrics on the back.
The records are housed in their original black inner sleeves with a die-cut circular opening on one side to expose the Apple label.
Dark green label with an image of an apple on side 1 and sliced apple on side 2.
Publishing year printed with small copyright symbol (p). The labels are quite dark.
Matrix numbers: Side 1:XEX 709-1; Side 2: XEX 710-1; Side 3: XEX 711-1; Side 4: XEX 712-1.

CONDITION:
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT + No tears, no writing, minimal ring wear, no laminate lift etc. Slight ‘ring wear’. Slight age discolouration
VINYL: EXCELLENT+ Glossy sheen to all sides. Evidence of play – hairlines – no serious scratches.
AUDIO: EXCELLENT++ Plays all the way through without any skips or jumps etc. The occasional bit of light crackle between tracks – but nothing to interfere with the sound quality.
LABELS: EXCELLENT++ Clear, a few light spindle marks are visible.
INNER BLACK SLEEVES: EXCELLENT++ & VERY GOOD (slight tear around centre hole to one sleeve – see photo)

HAMILTON COLLAGE POSTER: EXCELLENT- No pin holes etc. One split along one of the folds. – it’s folded into 8 x A4 sections and one of the folds has split – it’s quite a delicate poster.
OVERALL A REALLY NICE COLLECTABLE 1ST PRESSING MONO WHITE ALBUM IN EXCELLENT+ CONDITION.
