Italian 1968 pressing of the Beatles White Album. This album is complete with the poster and 4 photos. The photos are huge and in very good plus shape. They measure about 8 inches wide and about 11 1/2 inches tall. Over the years I have had several copy's of this album, but never one like this. The poster is in very good shape/with lyrics on the back, and starting to get delicate where it folds, but still solid. It is the ""Original 1st issue poster with "Copyright APPLE RECORDS""and not the latter Copyright 1968 Apple Music Publishing Co. That alone is worth a $Jackson.The cover has the raised or embossed letters "THE BEATLES" and is numbered 108715. Well below where the 1st urn stopped at 2,250,000. The 0 of "No. is elevated.The number 5(the last digit),has been gouged out, but you can tell it was a 5. The cover also has a plastic lamenated film over it, and not just a shiny cover. The spine reads Stereo PCS 7067-8 and Mono PMC 7067-8. The sound is very good, but has some slight background noise and in places an ocassional tick, but still enjoyable. The labels are excellent, but "MY" in "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" is mispelled. It says "MI". The matrix are numbered YEX-709/10/11/12 and all 4 sides are stamped 14-11-68, and if my Italian is correct it means 11-14-68 in English. This is still an enoyable album, but I want the winner to know exactly what they are getting. If you have any questions at all, please ask, and thanks for looking.
