THE BEATLES ( VERY RARE UK 1st PRESS - THE BEATLES ( WHITE ALBUM ) FROM 1968, 100% COMPLETE with ORIGINAL DARK GLOSSY PICTURES including WHITE DIVIDER ! SUPERB WHITE TOP OPENING GATEFOLD COVER with LOW No ( No 0051225 ) / ORIGINAL DIE-CUT BLACK INNER SLEEVES / ORIGINAL EARLIEST ISSUED LYRIC / POSTER / DARK APPLE LABELLED VINYLS with RARE DIFFERENT MIX CUT -2 FOR SIDE 3 !!! AND ALL IN VERY NICE CONDITION !!!!

Released 22nd November 1968 both Mono and Stereo issues , there's alot of speculation surrounding this classic double album with many un-answered questions as to how many exist and who got the first issues, EMI recording on the labels , Dark green /light green apple labels , miss-printed labels etc etc ...
Many countries that pressed their own vinyls could not produce their own covers so many countries recieved original UK top opening covers ! so as to how many of the same numbers exist is anybody's guess ? As for the EMI Recording text on the labels , It's said that the 1st printed labels did not have this present but both with and without could be found in the same cover both on original early 1st presses .This was due to a late delivery of the , forcing the company to hire ex-servicemen with disabilities to help with the daunting task of inserting the records into the sleeves, this is why some records differed from another as it was all done by hand ! The covers were also mixed up , with some stereo issues placed in mono covers and vice versa, it's said the first 100.000 were mono covers and with this one ommiting the stereo logo on the rear could well be a mono that had a sticker placed on it ! or it could have been removed from wiping , as they are easy erased .One thing for sure is the earliest Dark Green Apple labels were used on the earliest issues with sold in uk...... text and the original darker , glossy prints with a thin matt seperation divider were used , the poster has the lipstick picture and the correct EMI gramophone co.ltd text on the bottom corner , complete with the custom made charcoal black inner sleeves ( issued for many years throughout the apple range) and all housed in a fully laminated top opening Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold cover.

COVER This is the original fully laminated Garrod & Lofthouse Top opening gatefold 1st Issued cover. Possibly a mono issue that at one time had a stereo sticker on the rear or maybe the stereo logo has been wiped away at some point ( which is very common and easy to do) It was said that the first 100.000 were mono covers and as this is well below this it's a possibility.Whatever the case may be this is a super clean and bright example,which is becoming extremely hard to find these days regardless of it's low number ! both front and rear are in very white condition with high-glossy laminate , no bubbles, creases or lifting and just a hint of toning towards the spine edge.The corners are all in nice condition with nothing more than a tiny bruise to the lower right corner, the spine has a light crease along the middle which is pretty much unavoidable , the inside is also in superb clean shape with no faults ! Not often do you find such a nice example as this with this being bright white and completely laminated and having to house 2 records,picture and poster ! all takes it's toll and most are found badly worn on the top edges, seriously yellow stained and badly creased. This one however has managed to survive extremely well , easy to see that this has been very well cared for and stored properly.The top opening edges are near perfect with no tears or feathering etc , Super sharp , a very nice un-spolit example of what has become increasingly hard to find in this condition and a very Low No ( just over the 1st 50.000 ! ( see-pics) EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION INNER SLEEVE These are the correct issued custom made die-cut holed charcaol black inners , both of which are in very clean shape with nothing more than some light storage creases, super condition ( see-pics) EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION

All sides have a deep glossy shine and look very nice ! upon closer inspection under bright lighting a couple of faint tiny surface marks are visable but these are harmless marks and very hard to see , No scratches , scuffs or nasty stains present on any side !!! All 4 sides Visualy grade EXCELLENT CONDITION . All sides play through very well with clear sound and minimum distractions , No pops, skips or repeats , no nasty clicks and just a hint of low level static - background noise on the odd occassion between tracks . There is no evidence of groove wear and all tracks sound as they should. Side 3 has the rarer -2 mix cut from the 2nd laquer !!! All sides audibly EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION THE LABELS Original 1st issued dark green apple labels with sold in uk...text ! All of which omitt the EMI recording text .All are in very clean and bright condition with no writing , marks etc just a couple of very faint , miss-aimed spindle traces, all in EXCELLENT CONDITION ( see-pics) PICTURE / PRINTS & DIVIDER These are the original earliest issued prints with glossy darker colour, all are in pristine condition with no creases , tears or pin holes , look like it was the first time they have surfaced from inside the cover ! stunning NEAR MINT CONDITION Also complete with the original plain white sheet divider issued to separate the prints ! which again is in very clean condition with nothing more than a faint crease, very clean shape EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION LYRICS / POSTER Again this is the original 1st issued poster with the correct text in the lower corner , lovely condition with no writing, tape marks, pin holes or tears , nothing more than the unavoidable folds that it was first issued with , super clean , near immaculate example ( see-pics) NEAR MINT CONDITION THIS IS A LOVELY COMPLETE ORIGINAL 1ST PRESSING EXAMPLE WITH ALL THE CORRECT COMPONENTS AND ALL IN A SUPERB CONDITION, ALSO A VERY LOW NUMBER AND WITH THE DIFFERENT MIX FOR SIDE 3 , CUT FROM THE 2nd LAQUER ! MIX A MUST FOR ANY MUSIC LOVER BUT ESPECIALLY FOR THE BEATLES FAN.

DISCS ARE ALWAYS REMOVED FROM THEIR COVERS AND HOUSED IN PROTECTIVE PLASTIC SLEEVES.THEY ARE THEN PLACED BETWEEN RIGID CARD STIFFERNERS AND THEN CAREFULLY PACKED IN STRONG PROFESSIONAL CUSTOM MADE BOXES. THUS GIVING MAXIMUM PROTECTION, SO YOU RECIEVE THE ITEM IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT LEFT US.
