Description

The Beatles' "The White Album", comprising 2 x LPs (Apple PMS 7067/7068), mono, is a rare First Pressing with a low serial number of 0037216. The stamped 7-digit serial number is in grey. The album is complete with:

  • Original black inner sleeves with circular cut-out on one side only. Slightly torn - see photos.
  • The four 28.8cm x 20cm glossy colour portraits of John, Paul, George and Ringo.
  • The 85.8cm x 57.2cm collage poster with lyrics on the reverse. Sticky tape marks - see photos.

This album is definately First Pressing, dated November 22, 1968, as all subsequent pressings had "An EMI Recording" above the 33 1/3 on labels on all four sides. Please note that the actual records and on the top right inside of the main cover are annotated "M Reid" as in those days if you didn't name your discs you'd probably never see them again!
